WANTED - LOCKHART HOLDEN OWNERS MANUAL WALLET...

WANTED. If anyone can assist, I'm looking for a plastic owners wallet from Lockhart Holden for a late 70's or early 80's model vehicle. This is the plastic wallet / cover the owners handbook is placed in. I am currently restoring a 1980 VC Commodore and require this wallet to complete the restoration.
